Only clean cotton yarn, cotton cloth, wood scraper or horn scraper can be used. The dry oil can be cleaned with kerosene. Anti rust paint can be cleaned with banana water, alcohol, turpentine and acetone. If the rust on the machined surface cannot be wiped off with oil, it can be wiped off with a cotton cloth dipped in acetic acid; After rust removal, wipe with lime water and finally dry with clean cotton yarn or cloth. If the rust proof dry oil coated on the gears in the gearbox is too thick, 70~80 ℃ hot oil or 30~40 ℃ hot kerosene can be poured into the gearbox for cleaning. The hardened or difficult to clean ball bearings can be washed with 70~80 ℃ hot engine oil, then cleaned with kerosene, and finally cleaned with gasoline. Do not use cotton yarn when cleaning bearings. Only use clean cotton cloth; If it is inconvenient to clean the cotton cloth, use an oil gun to inject kerosene or hot engine oil for cleaning.

② Equipment lubrication. The internal and external parts of the equipment can be lubricated only after they are cleaned. The lubricating oil can only be used after being tested and confirmed to meet the requirements. Before adding the equipment, the lubricating oil must be filtered and the oil added shall reach the specified oil level; All lubricating parts and oil holes shall be filled with lubricating oil.

The use of grease seal is simple, not easy to get dirty and reduce losses. It is not necessary to change the grease frequently. In particular, it is of great practical significance for lubrication of high-speed motors, automatic devices and equipment that is not easy to oil. At the same time, the temperature has little effect on the change of load property and movement speed, and the grease has a large scope of adaptation. It is not easy to lose on the vertical lubrication surface. Adding proper amount of graphite powder into the lubricating grease can form a more tough oil film, which can slow down the reciprocating mechanism to avoid creeping and eliminate vibration. The lubricating grease cannot be used as circulating lubricant because of its poor fluidity and low thermal conductivity.
